Michigan Synagogue Terror Attack Reveals Hezbollah Connection
The man who rammed his truck into a synagogue in West Bloomfield, Michigan, and then opened fire, was carrying out "a Hezbollah-inspired act of terrorism purposely targeting the Jewish community," the FBI stated. The suspect reportedly sent a video to his sister minutes before the attack, acknowledging he was targeting Jews and saying he wanted to "kill as many of them as I possibly can." At the time of the attack, 150 children were inside the synagogue.
Attacker's Family Killed in Israeli Strike
It has been revealed that the attacker had family members who were killed in an Israeli strike in Lebanon. National Intelligence Director Tulsi Gabbard also told a Senate committee that the man did have family ties to the terrorist group. The attacker exchanged gunfire with a security guard before fatally shooting himself.
