The suspect slipped and fell in front of the store during the escape but quickly recovered and continued his flight, disappearing into an alleyway.

Store Owner's Plight and Authorities' Action Plan

The store owner, Elvie Talavera, stated that this is the third egg theft incident at her store since January. She expressed distress, highlighting that the stolen eggs represent a significant loss for her livelihood. Lorenz Longyapon, Chairman of Purok 30 Villa Guida, Mahabang Parang, expressed sympathy for the victim and pledged to identify the suspect and prevent future incidents by installing additional CCTV cameras and increasing patrol efforts. The suspect's face was not clearly captured on CCTV, making identification challenging.
