Man Arrested in Pangasinan for Alleged Rape of Two Minors in Marikina City
Suspect Arrested for Multiple Rape Charges
Marikina Police successfully tracked down and apprehended a man in Bani, Pangasinan, who is suspected of repeatedly raping his two minor grandchildren. The suspect was identified as the top 4 most wanted person in the region for March. According to police, the man is accused of committing 14 counts of qualified rape of minors, with the incidents allegedly occurring from July 2021 to June 2024. The victims were 11 and 14 years old at the time of the alleged crimes.
Investigation Details and Suspect's Denial
The minors reported the abuse to their teacher, who then informed their parents. A complaint was filed in September 2024, leading to a warrant of arrest being issued in October 2025. The suspect had reportedly been hiding in Pangasinan for an extended period. During questioning, the accused vehemently denied the allegations, claiming he was not close to the victims and slept alone upstairs at the time of the alleged incidents. He is currently detained at the Marikina Police custodial facility and faces 14 counts of qualified rape of minors.
