Mouser's 'Rise of the Robots' Explores Humanoid Design
Mouser Unveils 'Rise of the Robots' Series
Mouser Electronics has announced the latest installment of its 'Empowering Innovation Together (EIT)' technology series, 'Rise of the Robots'. This program explores the progression of robots from simple machinery to critical tools utilized in caregiving, industrial automation, education, and even the harshest environments. The series highlights how advancements in sensing, actuation, AI, embedded computing, and power systems have enabled practical, real-world robotic deployments.
Humanoid Robot Design and Technology Integration
The series sheds light on how engineers are integrating multimodal perception, real-time control, and simulation-driven training using physical AI approaches to accelerate development and improve performance in humanoid robots. Jeff Newell, President of Mouser Electronics, states that humanoid robotics represents a convergence of sensing, control, and embedded intelligence, reshaping how engineers approach system design. Additionally, in 'The Tech Between Us' podcast, Raymond Yin of Mouser and Leo Chen, Head of US Operations at Engineered Arts, discuss the role of robotics in industrial settings and the design considerations for their humanoid robot, 'Ameca'.
