Alongside, it introduced 'Agent Workshop,' Hong Kong's first productivity-grade super intelligent agent. Dr. Sun Dong, Secretary for Innovation, Technology and Industry, stated at the launch event that Hong Kong is actively participating in the AI technology wave, and the upgraded HKGAI V3 possesses autonomous execution capabilities. Trained on local data, this model can process two writing systems and three languages, deeply understands Hong Kong's unique linguistic and cultural context, and is designed to meet the needs of the local market by flexibly handling localized and diverse application scenarios.
Strengthening Hong Kong's AI Ecosystem and Expanding Industrial Application
Dr. Sun Dong expressed his anticipation that HKGAI V3 will optimize localized applications such as 'Gangwuntong' and 'Ganghuatong,' providing Hong Kong users with enhanced and more localized smart experiences. Furthermore, the Hong Kong government is aligning with national development strategies to strengthen its AI ecosystem. It plans to establish the 'AI+ and Industry Development Strategy Committee' to formulate strategies for AI-driven industrial transformation. The Hong Kong AI Research Institute will also soon begin operations to accelerate AI project research, development, and commercialization, fostering the comprehensive development of Hong Kong's AI ecosystem. HKGAI V3 integrates functions like automatic meeting minute generation and automated government document processing to boost efficiency, offering a productivity-grade super agent that autonomously decomposes and executes tasks with a single command.
