Pentagon Declassifies UFO Documents, Reveals 'Eight-Pointed Star' Anomaly
The U.S. Department of Defense has reignited public fascination with unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP) by releasing over 160 previously classified documents. Among these is infrared footage from 2013, captured by U.S. Central Command personnel, showing a peculiar eight-pointed star moving across the sky. This video has ignited a storm of online speculation, with some even linking it to ancient biblical descriptions of angelic beings.
The footage depicts a strange glowing object maintaining a star-like shape as it traverses the sky. Pentagon documents describe it as "an area of contrast resembling an eight-pointed star with arms of alternating length." The timing of this release, under the Donald Trump administration's major UAP disclosure initiative, has fueled theories that this phenomenon could be connected to historical religious texts.
Historical FBI and NASA Documents Detail UFO Encounters and Ongoing Debate
The released documents also include an internal FBI memo dated October 19, 1966, stating that 1965 saw the greatest wave of UFO sightings ever recorded. This memo references Frank Edwards' book, "Flying Saucers: Serious Business," which claimed UFOs were not myths but advanced space vehicles sent to observe Earth. Witnesses cited in the memo described seeing apparent crew members, measuring 3.5 to 4 feet tall and wearing what appeared to be space suits and helmets, emerging from unidentified flying craft.
Furthermore, NASA documents from the Apollo missions reveal astronauts reporting strange lights, flashes, and unexplained objects during their flights to the Moon. Descriptions include glowing particles and bright objects tumbling through space. More recent incidents include a March 2023 report of a massive blue triangular object hovering near a national security facility in the U.S. before moving in an anomalous jerking pattern. Despite these disclosures, skepticism persists, with some officials believing the government is still withholding critical information, while others suggest ordinary explanations for many sightings.
