Eva Chaaya, a Lebanese nun, expressed her prayer to the God of peace to stop the violence, destruction, and devastation, so that the whole world may speak one language of peace and forgiveness.
Israeli Claims of 'Terror Infrastructure' Strikes and Residents' Resistance
The Israeli army stated it was striking what it called 'terror infrastructure' as it continues its war against Hezbollah, which has displaced more than a million people and killed over 1,340 people since March 2. However, Lebanese residents criticize these attacks, highlighting the destruction of homes. Khedr Rizk, a resident of Lebanon's Qlayaa, expressed pride in remaining in his village, stating it is their right to stay in their country, homes, and land. Another resident, Esperence Mbayaet, mentioned being very tired and pressured by daily strikes and threats, feeling helpless to do anything.
