Meta Develops AI Assistant for CEO Zuckerberg, Expands Internal AI Use
Meta Develops AI Assistant for CEO and Boosts Internal Efficiency
Meta is developing a dedicated AI assistant system for CEO Mark Zuckerberg to enable him to gather information quickly without relying on reports. This system is currently under development. Concurrently, Meta is deploying various internal AI tools to encourage company-wide AI utilization. This strategy aims to gain an advantage in competition with rapidly growing AI startups and improve overall efficiency.
Widespread Adoption of AI Tools by Employees and Performance Evaluation Link
Meta provides employees with personal AI tools like 'My Claw' and 'Second Brain' to enhance work efficiency. 'My Claw' accesses chat histories and work files to communicate with colleagues, and is being tested to allow communication between different AI assistants. 'Second Brain,' based on the Claude platform, supports project document indexing and searching. Meta has strengthened its capabilities by acquiring AI assistant technology startups such as Manus and Maltbook. The use of AI is also a significant criterion in employee performance evaluations.
