More than 200 academic teams from around the world submitted proposals to the AI for Organizations Grand Challenge, hosted by Stanford HAI. As AI tools become increasingly common in the workplace, the ways teams form and interact are expected to evolve significantly.
Adapting Organizational Models for Future Work
With the rise of AI, organizational models must adapt to support innovative ways of working. However, the exact shape these future models will take remains difficult to predict. The challenge saw Stanford Graduate School of Business Professor Amir Goldberg and GSB PhD candidate Yankai Wang emerge as winners.
