Decades-Old Assault Allegations Detailed in Court
The hearing in Santa Monica was presented with Motsinger's account of how the comedian initially frequented the restaurant where she worked. She testified that one day, Cosby picked her up in his limousine and gave her a glass of something before assaulting her, an incident she said occurred more than 50 years ago.
