Jincheon County Supports Reclusive Youth with AI·XR Technology
Jincheon County is pioneering the nation's first support program for reclusive out-of-school youth, utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Extended Reality (XR) technologies. This initiative, named 'VR로 여는 세상' (World Opened with VR), is spearheaded by the Jincheon County Youth Support Center. It aims to provide online-based assistance to reclusive out-of-school youth, offering a new approach to help them connect with the world and develop social skills through virtual reality environments.
President Lee Jae-myung Emphasizes Chungcheong Region Administrative Integration
On the 13th, President Lee Jae-myung visited Chungbuk to underscore the necessity of administrative integration across the entire Chungcheong region. During the 'Listening to Chungbuk' town hall meeting at Cheongju Osco, President Lee stated that to strengthen regional competitiveness, a serious consideration should be given to integrating beyond Chungnam and Daejeon to include Chungbuk. Furthermore, Chungbuk Province, which is pursuing the establishment of a special self-governing province, plans to leverage this town hall meeting to address key provincial issues and secure government support.
