CHCNAV's New UAV LiDAR 'AA6' Launched in Japan

SkyLink Japan (WorldLink & Company) announced on June 1, 2026, the domestic sales launch of CHCNAV's new UAV LiDAR system 'CHCNAV AA6' in Japan. The AA6 system was developed for high-precision 3D measurement in fields such as UAV laser surveying, forest surveying, infrastructure inspection, and topographic surveying. It is designed to support the measurement of terrain under vegetation and complex sites, which are challenging with conventional photogrammetry, and is also applicable for public surveying.

Emphasizing High Performance and Versatility

The CHCNAV AA6 supports high-speed scanning of up to 2 million points per second and up to 16 returns, facilitating efficient point cloud data acquisition even in complex environments like forests, slopes, rivers, and developed areas. Additionally, it features a 25MP/100MP high-resolution camera, enabling the creation of high-quality 3D data by combining LiDAR point clouds with image data. This product is suitable for surveying companies, construction consultants, research institutions, and infrastructure management operators aiming for broader, denser, and more precise data acquisition. To mark the product launch, SkyLink Japan will host an online webinar on June 10, 2026, to introduce the features and application scenarios of the CHCNAV AA6.
