TCS Nashik Under Investigation for Harassment and Conversion Racket

Police in Nashik, India, are currently investigating nine complaints of mental and sexual harassment at the TCS branch, filed by eight female employees. These complaints span from February 2022 to March 2026. A special investigation team (SIT) was formed last week, leading to the arrest of seven employees, including Danish Sheikh, Tausif Attar, Raza Memon, Shahrukh Qureshi, Shafi Sheikh, Asif Aftab Ansari, and HR manager Nida Khan.

Nida Khan, an HR official at TCS Nashik and a member of the Internal Prevention of Sexual Harassment (POSH) Committee, is alleged to be the mastermind of the entire racket. She is accused of failing to act on numerous complaints from female staff members, enabling sexual harassment, and being part of a larger conversion racket. Khan has been absconding since the case came to light, raising questions about her involvement. Investigators believe she feigned compassion to win the trust of victims.
