He added that the rapid development of digital infrastructure and a diverse market environment in the Asia-Pacific region provide ample space for smart agent technological innovation and implementation.
Nvidia Expands AI Talent Development Partnership with Japanese University
Global semiconductor manufacturer Nvidia has signed a comprehensive partnership agreement with Nagasaki Institute of Applied Science to strengthen research and education in the field of artificial intelligence. This agreement will enable all students to access Nvidia's cutting-edge AI education programs. Fujio Kurokawa, Chairman and President of Nagasaki Institute of Applied Science, stated that the university aims to expand the scope of how AI is applied in research and how its foundations are maintained. This marks Nvidia's 12th partnership with a Japanese university and its first with a university in the Kyushu, Chugoku, or Shikoku regions. Nagasaki Institute of Applied Science plans to establish a new faculty integrating digital and AI into engineering fields in 2027.
