Beijing's Efforts and Challenges in Talent Attraction
According to Dai Mingjie, a researcher at the Institute of Public Policy at Guangzhou-based South China, Beijing should shift its strategy and improve ways to attract and retain top-tier Chinese AI professionals. Many Chinese AI experts in the US currently face an uncomfortable situation, suggesting that the Chinese government must explore more effective measures to encourage their return and integrate them into the domestic AI ecosystem.
