Hanoi Seeks Proposals for Shared AI Platform Construction

The Hanoi City Party Committee Office has officially called upon organizations with capabilities and experience in information technology to participate in research, solution proposals, and technical plan development for the construction and pilot implementation of the "Hanoi City 4-Axis System Shared Artificial Intelligence (AI) Platform." This initiative is in accordance with Government Decree No. 45/2026/ND-CP dated January 26, 2026, and Hanoi City Party Committee Decision No. 1458-QD/TU dated March 27, 2026.

Aim to Build Integrated AI Infrastructure and Data Lake

The pilot implementation of this AI platform aims to establish a shared AI infrastructure and technology platform that ensures centralized management, uniformity, and security within the urban system. It also seeks to build a shared "Data & Knowledge Lake" to facilitate intelligent information utilization. As an innovative system without readily available complete solutions in the market, in-depth research, proposals, and pilot testing are required to select the optimal technical approach. The Hanoi City Party Committee Office has requested interested departments to review and submit proposals for technical and engineering solutions and methods to support the system's construction and pilot implementation.
