Court Sides with Historic Preservation Group
US District Judge Richard Leon granted a request for a preliminary injunction by the National Trust for Historic Preservation, a non-profit organization. The group had filed a lawsuit alleging that Trump exceeded his authority when he razed the East Wing to make way for the new construction.
