The authorities disclosed that 32 people were prosecuted for various offenses in Sai Kung’s country parks during the recent Chinese New Year holiday period. Most of those prosecuted were identified as non-locals, primarily charged with littering. This highlights the ongoing challenges of managing public recreational spaces.
