SKT Supports AI Agent Development for All Employees
SK Telecom has launched an 'AI Transformation (AX) Project' aimed at supporting all employees in developing a '1 Person 1 Artificial Intelligence (AI) Agent'. According to the roadmap unveiled internally on the 16th, the goal is to enable even non-developers to create AI tailored to their individual tasks. To achieve this, platforms such as A. biz, Polaris, and Playground are being provided, which allow for AI agent creation without coding knowledge. These platforms enable users to generate AI agents by asking questions in natural language.
AX Support System Launched and Idea Contest Planned
Concurrently, the AX Support System (AXMS) has been officially launched. The AXMS functions by transparently disclosing innovation ideas, progress, and feedback submitted by employees, thereby enhancing the utilization of internal knowledge and preventing duplicated work. SK Telecom plans to conduct AX idea contests and training throughout the year. Jung Jae-heon, SK Telecom CEO, stated that attempts to resolve inconveniences through AI will become a powerful driving force for SK Telecom's unique AX flywheel.
