Pilot Operation of Frequent and Duplicate Civil Complaint Batch Processing Service
The Anti-Corruption and Civil Rights Commission has established this system to allow AI to analyze large-scale civil complaint data accumulated in the e-People system, enabling more efficient utilization in administrative settings, and provides customized AI services for each institution. Notably, Siheung City, along with the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Incheon Metropolitan City, is piloting the 'Frequent and Duplicate Civil Complaint Batch Processing Service'. This service helps enhance work efficiency in the civil complaint handling process by automatically identifying similar or identical complaints and grouping them into a single unit for management.
