SeeYa to Fully Reunite with Original Members Including Nam Gyu-ri, Resume Activities for 20th Debut Anniversary
SeeYa Announces Full Reunion for 20th Debut Anniversary
Female group SeeYa, which represented the K-pop scene in the mid-2000s, has announced a full reunion with its original members. The three members, Nam Gyu-ri, Kim Yeon-ji, and Lee Bo-ram, plan to engage in active promotions this spring. SeeYa, which debuted in the K-pop scene in 2006, received immense love for numerous hit songs, including their signature tracks 'Scent of a Woman' and 'A Greeting of Love,' but disbanded team activities after releasing their final album in 2011. This reunion comes 15 years after their disbandment.
Project Corporation Established, New Song Release Anticipated
The members, currently affiliated with different agencies, solidified their commitment by establishing a 'SeeYa' project corporation for group activities. They announced plans to pre-release a new song this month and release a new full-length album in May. Notably, yesterday, when the reunion news was announced, coincided with SeeYa's 20th debut anniversary, adding even more special meaning for fans. The members took photos in front of 20th-anniversary congratulatory billboards prepared by fans and uploaded them to social media, conveying their gratitude and promising to repay their long-waiting fans with good music.
