Affected Areas and Resolution Time

The fibre service outage primarily impacted the areas of Ang Mo Kio, Bishan, Sengkang, and Punggol. NetLink Trust confirmed that all services in these regions were brought back to normal operation by 7 AM after the resolution efforts.
