NSF Hosts 'AI-Ready America' Q&A Webinar
Overview of 'AI-Ready America' Program
The U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) announced a Q&A webinar for its new funding opportunity, 'TechAccess: AI-Ready America', to be held on Thursday, April 23, 2026, from 1-2 p.m. EDT. The program aims to expand access to artificial intelligence (AI) knowledge, tools, training, and capacity-building to enable all Americans to thrive in an AI-driven economy. This webinar will address frequently asked questions about the program's goals, eligibility, and application process.
State/Territory Coordination Hubs and Collaborating Agencies
The webinar will primarily focus on the solicitation released on March 25, 2026, which supports State/Territory Coordination Hubs. These hubs are coordinated networks in each U.S. state, territory, and the District of Columbia that will connect partners across education, workforce development, industry, and government to strengthen planning and deployment and rapidly scale proven approaches. Speakers from the U.S. Department of Agriculture National Institute of Food and Agriculture (USDA NIFA), the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL), and the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) will introduce their involvement and collaboration in the program.
