Police stated on Tuesday that officers became aware of online footage showing a private car with a probationary sign driving the wrong way down a hard shoulder of Tolo Highway. The clip shows the black Mercedes then making a U-turn before veering into the offside lane. The New Territories North traffic investigation unit is currently looking into the matter.
