Israel Claims Striking Over 200 Targets in Iran
The Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) have announced an intensification of their strikes in Iran. The IDF claims that dozens of Air Force jets, guided by military intelligence, carried out extensive strike missions across the western and central regions of Iran. According to the IDF, more than 200 targets—including ballistic missile launchers, air defense systems, and weapons-production sites—were hit in the past 24 hours as part of escalating military action.
Hezbollah Facilities in Lebanon Targeted Amidst Civilian Casualties
Mohammed Ghazali, an Assistant Editor at NDTV, reported that the IDF has also repeatedly struck key Hezbollah infrastructure in Lebanon and eliminated top leadership within Hezbollah's chain of command. These strikes have been ongoing for the past 14 days of the conflict. Hezbollah continues to attack Israeli territory and engage in ground combat with Israeli forces. The IDF confirmed light, moderate, and serious injuries to its soldiers, with casualties also reported on the Hezbollah side. Ghazali specifically highlighted that hundreds of civilian casualties have occurred in Lebanon, attributing this to Israel's relentless attacks on civilian infrastructure and the killing of innocent people.
